Oakland, CA—At 5 P.M. Thursday, December 5, 2024, Chief Assistant District Attorney Royl L. Roberts assumed leadership of the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. He will occupy the position until further notice. Today, his calendar is filled with multiple meetings throughout the organization.
