Defendant Faces Over 130 Years-to-Life if Convicted January 23, 2025 Oakland, CA—The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office has charged Tommy Ramsey (33) with a deadly shooting that killed two men during a child custody dispute in Oakland. The charges include enhancements for using a gun and a previous conviction. Mr. Ramsey is charged with one count of murder for the death of Jason Markel Wills and one count of murder for the death of Nathanuel Jamar Wills.
