Jury Delivers Guilty Verdict Against Camren Watts in Shooting that Left One Man Seriously Injured
Mr. Watts Faces 23 Years in State Prison December 19, 2024 Oakland, CA – Today, Chief Assistant District Attorney Royl Roberts announced that a jury found Camren Watts (23) guilty of two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. These charges include two aggravating factors of violence or bodily harm and prior juvenile convictions for Mr. Watts for personally using a firearm to shoot into a car and seriously injuring a man. The jury also found Mr. Watts guilty of one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle, one count of unlawful firearm activity, and one count of carrying a loaded firearm in public.
