Man Charged in Domestic Violence Case Faces 14 Years to Life in State Prison October 24, 2024 OAKLAND, CA — Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price announced that Guillermo Renderos (34) is charged with the stabbing attack of his wife while she held their baby in her arms in Castro Valley. Prosecutors charged Mr. Renderos with premeditated attempted murder, corporal injury to a relationship partner, kidnapping, and child abuse and an enhancement for use of a deadly weapon and an enhancement for great bodily injury. The criminal complaint alleges that on or about October 17, 2024, Mr. Renderos forced his wife and baby into his truck.
